RETURN POLICY
This Return policy shall only be applicable for Razelle Aesthetic Boutique online purchase.
All products items requested for return which is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with original receipt will only be accepted within 14 days of original purchase date. Please take note that if 14 days from your original purchase date have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We only accept the products return, original purchased from Razelle Aesthetic Boutique online website purchase. Only actual purchaser’s return request is accepted.
Please take note that products do not have a purchase records in our company (such as other online auctions, privately traded products and products purchased in other beauty salon) are not deemed eligible for return guarantees. Their return applications will not be accepted.
The return fees will be charged RM25 as a return processing fees by management. Charges Will be deduct from your refund payment.
Example: Your total payment as per receipts is RM450.00, the refund will be RM450 – RM25 (management processing fees) = RM425 will be revert to your credit card / bank.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
This non-refundable policy shall only be applicable for Razelle Aesthetic Boutique online website purchase.
No refund on any arrived damaged or defective items. We will do exchange only. You may contact us or email us at enquiry@razelleaesthetic.com.my .
All products items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable on issue for example on situations : change of mind or just don’t like the item.
